It has a beautiful appearance and a very smooth push pull feeling. Four kinds of size and five kinds of coding, which can let us have more choice of connectors on the same device without worry about mis-mating. Different colors of over-moulding can also increase the recognition of the product, and the lower cost can make your product have a better competitive advantage in the market. The shell is made of brass as the base material, which is plated with nickel and chrome, which can increase the corrosion resistance and increase abrasion resistance. The contacts also made of copper alloy as the base material, which is plated with nickel and gold, which can increase contact reliability, reduce contact resistance, resist oxidation, corrosion and enhance solderability.
There is a wire clip at the end of the plug, and the cable range can be from 1mm to 10.5mm. The structure design similar to the claw can make the wire clip firmly fix the cable, even if the cable is subjected to external forces such as swinging, pulling, etc. , in this case, it will not affect the reliability of the soldering. The plug and socket automatically lock after being inserted, and even a destructive force of 200N cannot separate them, but if you hold the plug shell by hand and pull it lightly, the plug and socket can be quickly separation, it can saving the operation time.
